As a fully qualified integrative therapist with a post graduate diploma in Trauma-Informed Counselling for children and young people, I bring expertise and specialised training to my practice. Currently completing my Master's in Psychology, I am dedicated to expanding my knowledge and skills to better support and empower my clients on their healing journeys.

My therapeutic approach is person-centred. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and psychotherapy techniques to create a customised treatment plan for each individual. Additionally, I incorporate psychoeducation, mindfulness, and ecotherapy into my practice, tailoring your therapy to suit you.

Specialising in individual counselling for adults, adolescents and children experiencing emotional, behavioural, and physical distress, I prioritise building solid relationships with my clients to foster awareness, growth, and positive change. Operating within the ethical guidelines of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, I provide a safe, non-judgmental environment where healing and transformation can take place.

At Holistic Harmony, my holistic counselling approach focuses on the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit, recognising how issues in one area can impact other aspects of your well-being. From addressing depression and anxiety to mood regulation and stress, a holistic approach can offer comprehensive support for a diverse range of challenges. Let's work together to create a warm and welcoming space for you to start to heal.
