Frequency

Altering our thoughts at the beginning of the day can significantly elevate our energy and set us up for the day

Frequency refers to the rate at which something vibrates, and everything around us has a unique vibration—from the smallest particle to the largest planet, including us.

The frequency we emit is what the universe reflects back to us. I like to think of it like an algorithm on social media: when we engage with the content we enjoy, the platform continues to present us with more of that content.

Consider a scenario where we accidentally click on a video we don't like, perhaps getting distracted and letting it play longer than intended. The algorithm assumes we enjoy it and keeps feeding us similar content. This is similar to how the universe functions—whatever we focus on, the universe sends our way, whether we desire it or not. If we are aligned with a lower frequency, we receive low-frequency things.

It's important to understand that some things are out of our control. We can't control someone else's frequency, but we can work on our own. Also, it's okay not to be on a high frequency all the time; we can't be. Sometimes, we need time to heal when something happens and may not feel like doing much. That's okay; allowing this for yourself can raise your frequency.

We must recognise that we cannot manifest high-frequency experiences if we aren't attuned to that frequency. This is why manifestation often falls flat for many of us—we are tuned into the wrong frequency for what we truly want.

Several factors can lower our vibrations, such as our communication and tendency to complain. While complaining may seem natural, it diminishes our energy and frequency. It can be challenging to raise your vibration when feeling very low; baby steps are key here. I have recently been putting a lot of my energy into pain, and the more input I gave to the pain, the more pain I received.

Working on raising our vibration slowly by making minor adjustments can help. Even if we do something simple, like getting out of bed, helping someone, or listening to a song we like, that is enough. If we are very low, we will not reach a high frequency overnight.

Conversely, even the most minor things can elevate our frequency—anything that brings us joy and gives us that fluttery feeling in our stomach. For me, it’s the excitement of anticipating good things happening and looking forward to what each day will bring.

When you wake up tomorrow, think about the words you use. Instead of feeling down about the weather and mentioning it to someone, appreciate each season's beauty. Rather than getting overwhelmed by household chores, express gratitude for the family you have to care for.

Notice how your day transforms when you approach it with love and gratitude.Know that you have the innate ability to heal and move forward in a way that brings you joy, contentment, and healing.

Love to all Kerry Lee
